Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Grease and line an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan.
- Warm the Nutella in a large, heat-safe bowl until it thins out.
- Add the eggs to the Nutella and beat until smooth.
- Mix in the almond flour until well combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake for about 35 minutes for an 8-inch pan or 30 minutes for a 9-inch pan.
- The brownies are done when the center feels firm.
Cooling
- Cool to room temperature, then chill for 20 minutes.
- Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
These brownies can be stored in the fridge for about 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months. When ready to serve, warm in the microwave for a few seconds.
