  • 1.5 cups Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread Can substitute with any other chocolate hazelnut spread.
  • 3 large eggs Use room temperature eggs for better mixing.
  • 1 cup finely ground blanched almond flour Can substitute with finely ground sifted oat flour.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Grease and line an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan.
  3. Warm the Nutella in a large, heat-safe bowl until it thins out.
  4. Add the eggs to the Nutella and beat until smooth.
  5. Mix in the almond flour until well combined.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 35 minutes for an 8-inch pan or 30 minutes for a 9-inch pan.
  2. The brownies are done when the center feels firm.
Cooling
  1. Cool to room temperature, then chill for 20 minutes.
  2. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

These brownies can be stored in the fridge for about 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months. When ready to serve, warm in the microwave for a few seconds.
