- Sauté the protein in a pan until it’s golden brown.
- Add the veggies and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Mix the broth with soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot and enjoy every bite!
Notes
Serve over fluffy rice or noodles, and sprinkle with sesame seeds or chopped green onions for presentation. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for about 3-4 days.
