Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, sugar, salt, instant yeast, and xanthan gum.
- In a separate bowl, mix warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Baking
- Shape the dough into small rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftover rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days, in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for 5-7 minutes before serving.
