- In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic until softened.
- Add the cubed meat and cook until browned.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
- Pour in the broth and add the herbs, salt, and pepper.

Notes
For extra flavor, don't rush the sautéing. This dish can also be made vegan by substituting meat with chickpeas or tofu. Serve with crusty bread for dipping. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze for 2–3 months.
