  • 4 cups Broth (chicken or vegetable) Choose broth according to your protein choice.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop up your veggies and protein.
  2. Layer the protein at the bottom of the crockpot, followed by the vegetables.
  3. Sprinkle your spices and herbs over the top.
  4. Pour in enough broth to cover the ingredients.
Cooking
  1. Set your crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Notes
