Ingredients

Dip Ingredients
  • 1 can white beans (cannellini or navy beans), drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) half for mixing and half for topping
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the white beans, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheese.
  3. Mash the mixture until well combined, leaving some beans whole for that perfect texture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with green onions or parsley if desired, and serve warm with tortilla chips, veggies, or bread.

Notes

This dip is easy to customize. You can experiment with different cheeses, adjust the spice level by modifying the buffalo sauce, or add more vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for added nutrition. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-5 days or frozen for a month.
