  • 1 package Gnocchi Cooked according to package instructions
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper To taste
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil Chopped

Preparation
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
Cooking
