  • 1 package plant-based ground meat
  • 1 cup dairy-free cheese
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce or other preferred vegetables for filling

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, cook the plant-based ground meat over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  2. Add the diced onions and sauté until they're soft. Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper!
  3. Stir in the dairy-free cheese and let it melt into a deliciously gooey mixture.
  4. Lay out the tortillas or wraps, and layer them with the meat mixture, diced pickles, lettuce, ketchup, and mustard.
  5. Roll the wrap tightly and slice in half. Serve warm to enjoy every melt-in-your-mouth bite!

Notes

These wraps can be customized with other ingredients like bell peppers, and can be stored in the fridge for up to three days. Freeze for up to a month.
