- In a large bowl, mix the rice cereal and powdered sugar together until evenly distributed.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together until smooth, stirring to combine.
- Pour the melted mixture over the rice cereal and stir until everything is well coated.
- Gently fold in the M&M's and sprinkles to avoid crushing them.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet to cool.
- Once cooled, break into pieces and serve immediately, or store in gift bags for later.
