Chocolate Layers
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Melted for the base layer
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Drizzled over the semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup pink candy melts Drizzled on top for color
Toppings
  • to taste Valentine’s sprinkles Sprinkled on top before refrigerating

  • 1 sheet Parchment paper Used to line the baking sheet

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips in another bowl and drizzle them over the semi-sweet chocolate layer.
  5. Melt the pink candy melts and drizzle over the white chocolate.
  6. Use a toothpick to swirl the chocolates together lightly.
  7. Sprinkle Valentine’s sprinkles over the top.
  8. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until fully set.
  9. Break into pieces and enjoy.

Notes

Store your bark in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. If you plan to keep it longer, pop it in the fridge and let it come to room temperature before serving.
