  • 10 oz butter lettuce or Bibb lettuce for wrapping
  • 2 cans albacore tuna 5 oz each, drained
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or substitute with Greek yogurt for a healthier option
  • 2 tbsp finely diced celery for crunch
  • 2 tbsp finely diced red onion for flavor
  • 1 tsp whole grain mustard for extra flavor
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley plus extra for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Drain the tuna cans and pour the tuna into a large bowl. Smash it with a fork to break up any large chunks.
  2. Add in the mayonnaise, celery, red onion, whole grain mustard, and parsley. Give it a good mix!
  3. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  4. Grab the lettuce leaves and add 1-2 large scoops of your tuna mixture right in the center.
  5. Top the wraps with extra parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Enjoy every bite!
