- Drain the tuna cans and pour the tuna into a large bowl. Smash it with a fork to break up any large chunks.
- Add in the mayonnaise, celery, red onion, whole grain mustard, and parsley. Give it a good mix!
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Grab the lettuce leaves and add 1-2 large scoops of your tuna mixture right in the center.
- Top the wraps with extra parsley, salt, and pepper.
