Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the onion and celery; sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
The dressing keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days. For freezing, it will last about a month. Reheat in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
