Ingredients
  

For the Bites
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey Can substitute with plant-based ground option.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) Experiment with different cheese blends.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Can be substituted with yogurt, mayo, and spices mix.
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips Consider flavored tortilla chips for extra flavor.
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions For garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef (or turkey), ranch dressing, salsa, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
  3. Spoon the mixture into bite-sized portions and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Top each bite with crushed tortilla chips and the remaining cheese.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.

Notes

For storing, these bites stay tasty in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, they can be frozen for about a month. Reheat in the oven until bubbly.
