Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Whisk together the vegetable oil, taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili flakes in a medium bowl.
- Coat the crackers by placing them in a large mixing bowl or resealable bag.
- Spread the crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for 10 minutes, then gently stir or flip the crackers.
- Continue baking for another 5-10 minutes until they’re golden and crisp.
Notes
These crackers are best enjoyed fresh. Store in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to a week.
