Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts Boneless, skinless
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
For the Macaroni and Cheese
  • 2 cups Macaroni Dried
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Marination
  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper. Marinate the chicken breasts in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
Making the Macaroni and Cheese
  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
  2. In a separate pot, melt butter, stir in flour to make a roux, and slowly add milk while stirring. Once thickened, add cheddar cheese until melted.
  3. Combine the macaroni with the cheese sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
Serving
  1. Serve the honey pepper chicken alongside the creamy macaroni and cheese.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken longer for deeper flavor. You can try different cheese options for the macaroni and cheese, like mozzarella or gouda, for a unique twist.
