Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs
  • 1 pound ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Use seasoned for extra flavor.
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Glaze
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Glaze and Baking
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the grape jelly and barbecue sauce. Heat over medium heat until the jelly is melted and the mixture is well combined.
  2. Pour the glaze over the meatballs, ensuring each one is well coated.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
