- Preheat your oven to 180°C / 355°F.
- Mix the dough ingredients together until you form a pliable dough.
- Roll the dough out between two sheets of parchment paper.
- Spread the softened butter over the dough surface.
- Sprinkle evenly with the powdered erythritol and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and slice it into rolls.
- Bake the rolls for 18 to 22 minutes until done.
- Let them cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
These rolls can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze them and reheat before serving.
