  • 2 cups frozen strawberries Fresh strawberries can be used if frozen beforehand.
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice Can be substituted with orange juice or other tropical juices.
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk Coconut cream can be used for a creamier texture.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed is recommended.
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.

Preparation
  1. Blend everything: Toss the frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and lemon juice into your blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and Sweeten: Taste the mixture and sprinkle in the powdered sugar to your liking. Blend again until mixed well.
  3. Serve right away: Enjoy immediately for a soft-serve texture.
  4. Chill out: Optionally, freeze for about 30 minutes if a firmer texture is preferred.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for 1-2 weeks. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving if frozen.
