Ingredients
  

For the Tacos
  • 4 pieces Taco shells
For the Filling
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Room temperature for easier blending.
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped cream For a lighter texture.
For Toppings
  • 1 cup Strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs Mix with melted butter for added crunch.
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted To mix with graham cracker crumbs.
  • to taste Strawberry sauce (optional) For drizzling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Fill taco shells with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Top with chopped strawberries and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Drizzle with strawberry sauce if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days, but fill taco shells just before serving to avoid sogginess. You can also prepare the filling ahead of time and assemble later.
