- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Stir in the dark and white chocolate chips and chopped strawberries if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
Notes
These cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for about 3-5 days, or frozen for up to 3 months. For chewier cookies, do not overmix the dough.
