Base Ingredients
  • 2 boxes Vanilla Wafers
  • 6 to 8 pieces bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 container strawberries Sliced
  • 1 5 oz. box French Vanilla pudding
Cream Mixture
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese Let sit at room temperature for richness
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12 oz. container whipped topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  2. Add the French Vanilla pudding and milk to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
Layering
  1. In a large serving dish, layer vanilla wafers, followed by a layer of sliced bananas and strawberries.
  2. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the fruit and wafers.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with the pudding mixture on top.
  4. Spread the whipped topping over the final layer.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, let it chill longer. Consider adding a sprinkle of crushed vanilla wafers on top for added crunch. This dessert can keep in the fridge for 3-4 days, but not recommended for freezing.
