Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Add French Vanilla pudding and milk to the mixture; stir until well blended.
- In a large serving dish, layer vanilla wafers on the bottom.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas followed by sliced strawberries.
- Pour half of the creamy pudding mixture over the fruit and wafers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients: additional wafers, more fruit, and top with the remaining pudding.
- Spread the whipped topping over the last pudding layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
Notes
To serve, place the pudding on a well-chilled plate. Consider sprinkling crushed nuts or drizzling chocolate sauce on top. For storage, keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze individual servings for up to a month.
