  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the pan. Cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, stirring to coat.
  4. Reduce heat and let simmer for 5-7 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and sauce is thickened.
  5. Serve over rice or with fresh veggies.

Notes
