  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) Add for optional spiciness.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in honey and soy sauce, mixing well.
  4. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add to the skillet with the sausage mixture.
  5. Toss everything together to combine, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Make sure to cook your sausage thoroughly for the perfect sear. You can experiment with different types of sausage or add veggies for variety. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
