  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat every piece.
Cooking
  1. Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and caramelized.
  3. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve warm.

Notes

This dish keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. When reheating, use the oven for crispiness.
