- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and honey. Pour this sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, don't rush the garlic toasting. Try adding a dash of crushed red pepper for some heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
