- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes (if using) to form a flavorful sauce.
- Toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until coated.
Cooking
- Warm vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Add the noodles to the skillet and toss well to combine everything.
Serving
- Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for about 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Add a splash of water when reheating to restore the sauce.
