Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into skull shapes using a skull mold or knife.
Mixing
  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toss the potato skulls in the mixture until they are evenly coated.
Baking
  1. Place the skull potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
