  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce Adds moisture and a tangy flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Flour your surface and roll out the pizza dough to about ¼ inch thickness.
  3. Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter or a knife to cut out ghost shapes from the rolled dough.
  4. Place the ghost-shaped dough on a baking sheet and add a spoonful of pizza sauce to each one.
  5. Tear up the mozzarella slices into ghost-like shapes and place them on top of the sauce.
  6. Bake the mini ghost pizzas for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
