Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Flour your surface and roll out the pizza dough to about ¼ inch thickness.
- Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter or a knife to cut out ghost shapes from the rolled dough.
- Place the ghost-shaped dough on a baking sheet and add a spoonful of pizza sauce to each one.
- Tear up the mozzarella slices into ghost-like shapes and place them on top of the sauce.
- Bake the mini ghost pizzas for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
These mini ghost pizzas are perfect for sharing! Garnish with fresh basil for an extra touch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
