Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Press each wonton wrapper into a muffin tin cup.
- Spray the wrappers lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for about 5 minutes until slightly golden.
- In a bowl, mix the filling ingredients until combined.
- Scoop the spinach and artichoke mixture into each wonton.
- Bake again for around 10 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Cool them slightly and carefully pop them out of the muffin tin.
Notes
Serve warm with parsley garnish and optional dipping sauces like sour cream or marinara. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
