Ingredients
  

Filling Ingredients
  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained very well Ensure spinach is thoroughly drained to avoid a watery filling.
  • 8 oz Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream Bonus: Serve with extra sour cream.
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 12-14 pieces Wonton Wrappers Use gluten-free wrappers if needed.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Experiment with other cheeses if desired.
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced Fresh garlic enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Press each wonton wrapper into a muffin tin cup.
  3. Spray the wrappers lightly with cooking spray.
  4. Bake for about 5 minutes until slightly golden.
  5. In a bowl, mix the filling ingredients until combined.
  6. Scoop the spinach and artichoke mixture into each wonton.
  7. Bake again for around 10 minutes until crispy and golden.
  8. Cool them slightly and carefully pop them out of the muffin tin.

Notes

Serve warm with parsley garnish and optional dipping sauces like sour cream or marinara. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
