Preparation
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
Cooking
- In the same skillet, add chopped jalapenos and sauté until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Bring to a simmer and let the sauce thicken slightly.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
Serving
- Serve over rice or with your favorite side.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped cilantro on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 2 months.
