Ingredients
  

For the sliders
  • 8 pieces slider buns
  • 2 cups shredded chicken Can use rotisserie chicken for convenience
  • 1/2 cup Frank's hot buffalo sauce Adjust to taste for heat level
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Use more for extra cheesy sliders
  • 2 tablespoons butter Melted, for brushing on buns
  • to taste ranch or blue cheese dressing Optional, for serving
  • to taste pickles Optional, for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Frank's hot buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet.
  4. Fill each bun with the buffalo chicken mixture and top with cheese.
  5. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing and pickles, if desired.

Notes

These sliders can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days in an airtight container. They can also be frozen for longer storage. Reheat in the oven to enjoy the melty goodness.
