  • 6 pieces Slider buns
  • 2 cups Shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 3/4 cup Frank's hot buffalo sauce Adjust amount for desired spice level.
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella recommended) Feel free to experiment with other cheeses.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted, for brushing on the buns.
Optional Serving Suggestions
  • 3 sticks Celery sticks For crunch and freshness.
  • 1 cup Blue cheese dressing For dipping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with Frank's hot buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and fill each bun with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  4. Top with cheese.
  5. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
