Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add your choice of pasta sauce to the pan and let it simmer.
- Mix the cooked spaghetti into the sauce, adding salt, pepper, and any optional vegetables.
- Hollow out the garlic bread loaves, leaving enough bread to create a sturdy bowl.
- Fill each garlic bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top.
Baking
- Place the bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
These bowls can be prepared ahead of time. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container for 2-3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the oven for best results.
