  • 4 large tortillas Consider flavored tortillas for extra kick.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken, corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, sliced red onion, and sliced avocado. Mix gently to combine while being careful not to mash the avocado.
  2. Pour in the ranch dressing or your favorite creamy sauce, and stir everything together until the ingredients are coated evenly.
  3. Sprinkle in salt and pepper, adjusting the seasoning according to your preference. Mix again to ensure even distribution.
Assembly
  1. Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface or a cutting board.
  2. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center for easy rolling.
  3. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go to prevent spillage.
  4. With a sharp knife, slice each wrap in half, making them easier to handle. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh flavors.

Notes

For an extra kick, consider using flavored tortillas, such as chipotle or spinach. To avoid soggy wraps, do not add the dressing until just before serving. With some prep ahead of time, these wraps can be assembled in under 10 minutes for a quick meal on busy days.
