Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.

- Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish and scoop the dough into rolls, placing them in the dish.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These rolls can stay fresh in the fridge for about 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them in a freezer bag for about a month.
