  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour Ensure it's a gluten-free blend
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast Make sure it's fresh
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup warm water Not too hot; just warm
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 large eggs Or substitute with flaxseed mixture for a vegan option

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm water, olive oil, and eggs.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Grease a baking dish and scoop the dough into rolls, placing them in the dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These rolls can stay fresh in the fridge for about 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them in a freezer bag for about a month.
