Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking pan to prevent any sticky situations.
- Press the chocolate chip cookie dough into the bottom of the pan evenly.
- Layer the Oreo cookies over the cookie dough.
- Pour the brownie batter over the Oreo layer, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Serving
- Let it cool before cutting into squares and serve.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store wrapped in plastic in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
