- In a slow cooker, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the pork chops and coat them well with the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork is tender and cooked through.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or on a fresh salad.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for about 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or stovetop when ready to serve. For a thicker sauce, remove pork after cooking and simmer the sauce to reduce it.
