Method

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the chicken as it cooks.
  6. Once done, remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
