- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, maple syrup, milk, heavy cream, and cinnamon until it’s smooth and creamy.
 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
 
Cooking
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
 - Place the soaked bread slices on the hot skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until just as irresistible.
 
Serving
- Serve warm topped with powdered sugar, drizzled maple syrup, and optional fresh berries.
 
Notes
To store leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in a toaster oven.
