Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well!
  3. In another bowl, beat together the melted butter, milk, and egg until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir. Don’t over-mix; a few lumps are okay!
  5. Fold in the shredded cheese and fresh herbs gently to ensure even distribution.
  6. Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
