  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream Substitute with full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Use fresh mozzarella for creamier texture.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Substitute with nutritional yeast for dairy-free.
  • 1 pound Ground Meat (beef or pork) Use cooked ground turkey or chicken for leaner option.
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Omit or switch to turkey pepperoni if desired.
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Optional Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Bacon Substitute with diced turkey bacon if desired.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until combined.
  3. Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  4. Crumble in the ground meat and pepperoni, mixing until evenly distributed.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  6. Fold in the bacon, if using.
  7. Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins turn golden brown and spring back when touched.
