Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

- In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in cheese and cooked sausage or bacon.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then cut into rolls and serve warm.
Notes
Best served hot, optionally drizzled with maple syrup or spicy sriracha sauce. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for a month.
