Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
- Scramble the eggs and cook the sausage, then mix both together.
- Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the dough.
- Roll up the dough starting from the wide end and place it in the oven.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until it’s beautifully golden brown.

Notes
For an extra crispy crust, brush the roll-ups with melted butter before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
