- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. During the last 2-3 minutes, add the broccoli florets to the boiling pasta water. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the shredded rotisserie chicken and cooked pasta with broccoli to the skillet. Toss everything together until combined.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
