  • 8 oz pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for garnish)

Cooking
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. During the last 2-3 minutes, add the broccoli florets to the boiling pasta water. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the shredded rotisserie chicken and cooked pasta with broccoli to the skillet. Toss everything together until combined.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your creamy comfort food!

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for about 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight before reheating.
