Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy, tossing halfway through.
  2. Serve warm as a side dish.
