- Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the asparagus.
Cooking
- Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until asparagus is tender and slightly crispy.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving, if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results. To make it vegan, swap out the Parmesan for nutritional yeast.
