Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Make a lengthwise slit in each date and carefully remove the pit.
- Fill each date with about 1 teaspoon of Boursin cheese and press slightly closed.
- Arrange the stuffed dates on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top and press them down gently to adhere.
Cooking
- Roast the dates in the oven for 6-8 minutes, until they are warm and the cheese is slightly melted.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
Serving
- Serve warm on a chic platter, or enjoy them straight from the baking sheet.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven to retain the gooey texture.
