Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the asparagus and trim the tough ends.
  3. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
  5. Toss to coat evenly.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until tender and slightly crispy.
  2. Serve warm with lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the baking sheet and experiment with spices such as paprika or parmesan. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
