Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For juicier chicken, allow it to rest longer after baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
