  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil and ranch seasoning together.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For juicier chicken, allow it to rest longer after baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
